Return Policy
At MCLO Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at mclofashionstore@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at mclofashionstore@gmail.com if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
