We started with a simple dream—to find comfortable yoga pants that weren’t out of reach for the everyday person. We were tired of seeing overpriced big brands and felt disappointed by the uncomfortable, lower-quality options flooding the market from places like Temu, made from cheap polyester that never felt right. We knew there had to be a better way.

We decided to take matters into our own hands. We worked tirelessly to create a fabric that balanced comfort, quality, and affordability—a cotton-spandex blend that offered just the right stretch for working out but felt soft and breathable for everyday wear. We made a commitment: our activewear would be made right here in the USA, crafted by local hands who shared our vision. We wanted to support in-house manufacturing, to be part of a community that cares about quality over shortcuts.

In those early days, we worked day and night, pouring every ounce of our energy into making MCLO a reality. We designed our own patterns, sourcing every material from local small businesses. We barely made it through—there were times when we had no sales, no orders, and the fear of failure weighed heavily on us. We almost gave up. The nights felt endless, filled with doubts and tears as we faced the reality of whether our dream could survive.

But then, something changed. Slowly, orders started coming in from Amazon and eBay. We realized that people out there were looking for what we were creating—affordable, comfortable, quality activewear that wasn’t mass-produced without care. It gave us hope, and we decided to take the next leap: creating our own brand, our own website. We wanted to build a space where people could connect with our story, see the love and effort behind every piece of clothing.

We worked harder than ever before, juggling everything ourselves, staying up late to fulfill orders, answer customer inquiries, and manage production.
