Product Information

1. What materials are used in your activewear?
Our activewear is made with a premium cotton-spandex blend that is soft, breathable, and stretchy—perfect for comfort and performance.

2. Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly made in the USA, supporting local businesses and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

3. How do I care for my activewear?
For best results, we recommend use machine washing your items on a gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors. Avoid bleach and use a low setting if tumble drying, or lay flat to dry for optimal longevity.

Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary from $4.95 to $13.95 depending on the size of the order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.

3. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at mclofashionstore@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide further instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do offer exchanges. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both for returning the original item and for shipping the exchanged item.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other common payment options available at checkout.

2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is processed securely. We do not store your credit card details, and all transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Sizing & Fit

1. How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our size chart available on each product page. Our items are true to size, and we offer sizes ranging from S to 4XL to ensure a great fit for everyone.

2. What if my item doesn't fit?
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
